Some questions you may have.

Q. How much does it cost to come on the Alpha course?

A. There is no charge for anything on the course. Simply sign up to reserve a place.

Q. Will I have to sing or read aloud?

A. We do not ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable. There is generally no singing during the course unless it is being performed for your enjoyment.

Q. Will I get chance to ask questions that I have?

A. Yes. A major part of the course is the discussion groups where everyone has a chance to contribute.

Q. I feel I may offend your belief with some of the questions I have.

A. We welcome all genuine questions, no matter how difficult or controversial they are.  We generally find that they are not as scary as you may think they are and a lot of the time, other people have had similar questions.  We try our very best to give an answer and if you do stump us, we promise to get an answer for the following week.

Q. What format does the course take?

A. The course is very informal. We start with a time to mingle and break the ice over some good coffee and nice cakes.  There will then be a presentation on that weeks subject and then we break into smaller discussion groups. Most people enjoy the format and enjoy making new friends on Alpha.
